1. Purchase Process By requesting an illustration, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. The client must provide a clear and detailed description of the desired illustration. 2. Payment A 50% deposit of the total cost is required before beginning the illustration. The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the illustration, prior to delivery of the final file. The payment will be in Paypal or, in case of Spain, Bizum is an option. 3. Delivery Times The estimated time for completion and delivery of the illustration is 7 to 10 business days from receipt of the initial payment. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the order or the amount of work in progress. Any changes will be communicated in advance. 4. Copyright and Use The artist retains the copyright of the work, unless otherwise agreed. The client may use the illustration for personal purposes, as agreed, but may not resell or modify it without authorization. 5. Revisions One round of intermediate revisions is allowed at no additional cost. Major changes or additional revisions may incur an additional charge. 6. Cancellations and Refunds In the event of cancellation by the client after the work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded. If the artist is unable to complete the work, 100% of the payment received will be refunded. 7. Communication Communication for the illustration will be done via Vgen or Instagram, if it is the latter always specifying your desire and providing a reference image if possible.
